Foundational Stage Holistic Progress Card

This course comprises 30 1-hour modules, each divided into smaller segments called lessons.

Each module will contain between 5-8 lessons, with each lesson lasting 7-12 minutes. Lessons are further broken down into learning objects, which are self-contained units of instruction such as readings, videos, quizzes, and other activities designed to achieve learning outcomes.

Each lesson will include 3-8 learning objects, typically lasting 2-5 minutes each, though some, like case studies, may extend up to 10 minutes.
