This course is designed for educators teaching Grades 3, 4, and 5 (ages 9-11) ,i.e., the Preparatory Stage, aligning with National Education Policy 2020 and National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023. It focuses on understanding competency-based education and assessment strategies, The course explores knowledge-acquisition model while focusing on Holistic Progress Cards to track students' cognitive, socio-emotional, and skill-based development.
